Our games don’t use accounts, so most of your data lives only on your device. This page explains how to delete each kind of data. It applies to Punch Arena and all other TapX Studio games.
Game progress and settings
Uninstall the game. This permanently deletes your progress, items and settings from the device.
If your phone backs up apps, the game’s data may also be in that backup:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Backups.
- Android: Settings → Google → Backup, or the Google One app.
We can’t recover progress after you delete it. Premium and other one-time purchases can still be restored later with Restore purchases.
Purchase records
Your purchases are recorded by RevenueCat under an anonymous ID that isn’t linked to your name or email. To have these records deleted, email support@tapxstudio.com with the subject Data Deletion Request and include:
- the name of the game,
- the store order number of a purchase. Apple’s receipt email shows an order ID, and Google Play order numbers start with “GPA.”.
We use the order number only to find your records. If you restore a purchase after deletion, a new record is created. Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their policies and the law.
Advertising data
Ads in our games are served by Google AdMob, and Google controls the data it collects. To limit or delete it:
- iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn tracking off for the game.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads, and delete or reset your advertising ID.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: withdraw your ad consent in the game’s Settings → Privacy options.
- Review or delete Google activity in My Ad Center and My Activity.
Emails you sent us
Ask us at support@tapxstudio.com to delete our correspondence with you.
What happens next
We confirm every request within 7 business days and complete it within 30 days. We may keep information only where the law requires it, such as for tax records, and only for as long as required.
