Punch Arena FAQ

My progress is gone after reinstalling or changing phones.

Punch Arena saves your progress only on your device. There are no accounts or cloud saves, so progress can't be moved or recovered. Premium and the Starter Pack can be restored with Restore purchases.

How do I restore Premium or other purchases?

Open Settings or the Shop and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

I paid but didn't get my item.

Check your internet connection, restart the game and tap Restore purchases. If it's still missing, email us with the store order number from your receipt.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you paid. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, select the order and request a refund.

Rewarded ads won't load.

Ads need an internet connection, and sometimes no ad is available, so try again a little later. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, ads only load after you give ad consent; you can change your choice in Settings → Privacy options. Premium players get rewards without ads.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, use Settings → Privacy options in the game. On iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads.

How do I turn energy reminders on or off?

Use Energy reminders in the game's Settings. If the game says notifications are off, allow them for Punch Arena in your phone's notification settings.

Privacy and your data
